LucasHEIDIPeacefully passed away on 27th November 2018 aged 53 at home after a long illness fought with immense courage. Much loved mum to Will, Mike, Rosie and Alex, loving granny to Finlay and Jacob, beloved sister to Anneli and treasured auntie to Sam and Charlotte. She will be forever missed by her family and friends. A service to celebrate her life will be held at Salisbury Crematorium on Tuesday 11th December at 12.15pm, All are welcome. Heidi would prefer casual wear.
